it's hard to say how she caught my eye
but i felt somethin, and chattin' over a beer
she said i was pretty sweet for a guy
she took me to her place by the pier
wanted to show me her musical gear
and in the morning over some coffee

as the weeks went by, wondered if we'd be
well she kept saying "you remind me of me
