Competitive Archfiend Deck 2020 - Yu-Gi-Oh! Post Phantom Rage November Format

The latest Archfiend deck for the November 2020 format! This Archfiend deck is one of the stronger builds I've been able to construct so far. It focuses on level 8 fiend field presence, utilising Archfiend Emperor and Archfiend Empress to overwhelm your opponent, whilst using the Extra Deck as utility for the likes of Pot of Disparity, and Dogmatika Punishment!

The Dark Spirit monsters come in handy once again, being able to revive and maintain pressure constantly! In addition, we run floodgates such as Gozen Match to lock your opponent from spamming Halqifibrax and other pesky monsters.

This Archfiend deck is a post Phantom Rage build, all built and ready to take on some meta contenders! The quest for making Archfiends more competitively viable continues...

If I had to iterate it with hindsight, I would probably remove Psy-Framelord Omega and replace him with any level 8 fiend synchro monster (the new Grozer the Thunderclap Tyrant sounds like a good one). This is mainly because in a pinch you can send it with Dogmatika Punishment and recycle a Dark Spirit!
