Welcome to my peaceful and authentic rural life in Iran, where life slowly returns after the rain.
In this video, after two days of rainfall, I begin my day by helping my neighbor with farm work —
feeding cows and calves and cleaning the stable together, a common act of community and cooperation in village life.
After returning home, I clean the yard and the chicken coop, which became muddy during the rain, and feed the chickens.
Then I prepare a traditional churn (mashk) to make yogurt, fresh buttermilk and local butter, just like old rural traditions.
I harvest fresh herbs from the garden and cook a unique local doogh soup using local rice, fresh buttermilk, and garden herbs, this time without chickpeas.
This video reflects peaceful rural living, neighborly cooperation, traditional dairy making, village cooking, and a deep connection with nature.
