"Hi friends! I hope to have a video out each Sunday for the month of September as a comforting companion to ease into the transition of summer into the colder, darker autumn.
In today's video we'll head high into the mountains, and trek along a meandering path through an ancient Irish forest of ash, oak and beech. Waterfalls, streams and underground caves echo the melodies all through the forest to allow you to fully immerse yourself in the songs of nature.
We'll then head back to the farm, where I'll rustle us up a tasty healthy treat, and relax with a cosy blanket and cuppa.
