I managed to get the center instrument panel installed and wiring completed. Lots of small issues to overcome.
My ancillary wiring kit did not include everything needed and I had to salvage some wiring sections from the old harness.
I found a couple of issues with the wiring diagrams that took time to solve.
The current switch wiring is my start point once I have everything hooked up. I am sure I have more work to do to get everything working correctly.
I am ABSOLUTELY not guarantying that I have this wired correctly. There is more debugging needed in the near future, I am sure.
