CERVIX DILATION SYMPTOMS - WHAT DOES CERVICAL DILATION FEEL LIKE AND HOW TO TELL IF YOU ARE DILATED

You may be at the end of your pregnancy wondering about possible signs you are dilating. In this video I am sharing different ways to find out how it feels when you are dilated, how to tell if you are dilated and how much you are dilated. First I am covering the four most important cervix dilation symptoms to help you understand how it looks and what it feels like when your cervix is dilating. After that, I go on to explain two interesting methods to help you find out how dilated you are. These two methods can give you a rough idea about how much you are dilated. One is called “Purple Line” and the other is called "The Fundus Level". The first method is backed by scientific research (see more info below). The fundus level is not backed by science but it is used by many midwives and doulas to help a woman find out if she is dilating and how much she is dilated.
