Tiki Cocktail with a Coconut Kiss | White Cloud

Rum, Cointreau, Coconut Creme Syrup and Falernum make up this small but powerful Tiki Cocktail we are making in today's video. It's smooth and to easy to drink. It’s a little cocktail with a white cloud, coconut kiss built right in. Join me as I show you how to make a White Cloud!

White Cloud | Cocktail Ingredients
1 oz. (30 ml) Light Puerto Rican Rum
1/4 oz. (7.5 ml) Cointreau
1/2 oz. (15 ml) Fresh Lime Juice
1/2 oz. (15 ml) Creme of Coconut Syrup (Check out my video on Tiki Syrups)
1/4 oz. (7.5 ml) Falernum

Shake with ice and strain into a small glass (brandy snifter size) filled 3/4 of the way with crushed or pebble ice. Top with more ice and garnish as you wish!
