For those that know me, other than a basic tuna fish sandwich, I'm not a big fish eater. My wife Annis on the other hand will eat just about any kind of fish, even eating the eye balls out of the fish head. Gross! On this trip we bought some fresh Conch and a huge section of tuna we made into steaks. I actually enjoyed the Tuna steak tonight though, so I guess I just might be on the road to a more healthy St Vincent diet.
