Perfectly Round Cookies Every Time | Double Chocolate Crinkle Cookie Recipe

Today I’m doing some Christmas baking and sharing a really easy cookie using my brownie pantry mix. These are double chocolate crinkle style cookies, and I love how simple they are because you can pretty much dump everything in and go. They’re great for cookie platters, gifting, or just having around the house while all the Christmasing is happening.

Double Chocolate Crinkle Cookies
Ingredients
Brownie pantry mix
1/4 cup butter, melted
2 eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla extract or coffee extract
1/4 cup all purpose flour
Powdered sugar for rolling

Instructions
Melt butter and let cool slightly.
Whisk in eggs carefully so they do not scramble.
Add vanilla or coffee extract and mix well.
Stir in brownie mix and additional flour until combined.
Scoop dough using a cookie scoop or spoons.
Roll dough balls in powdered sugar.
Bake at 375°F for about 10 minutes.

If cookies spread unevenly, gently reshape with a mason jar ring immediately after baking.
Cool on pan for 10 minutes, then transfer to a cooling rack.
