PDA Don`t forget :
PASX View Great Vessels level is the key for catching PDA , but Ductal level - one space superiorly - is the best
PDA often has continuous flow , except in patient with high pulmonar Artery pressure , it has only systolic flow
PDA has two ampulla - Pulmonic and Aortic - sizing of both ampulla and shape of PDA provide valuable information for intervention
decisions
Iterventional options for PDA ,may be ligation eigther transcatheter or surgically one , and may be closure by plugs devices depending on PDA Shape and size
Restrictive small non complicated PDA is for follow -up ,, other than is for Intervention
