I just found this demo of a song i wrote after my miscarriage which is nearly 2 years ago called “comes in waves” and felt the want to share it.I am always looking for the positive flip after everything sad in my life. but in this moment i remember wanting and needing to just sit in my sadness, and be with it. it’s important we allow ourselves to feel what we need to in moments in our lives that call for us to be vulnerable. we are allowed to be sad, angry, hurt, lost and broken. it’s human to feel those things. the joy will come back but don’t rush your journey of greif. it’s such a personal journey to navigate and process.
