My humble apolagies for not Giving the proper credits to this ''James Hannigan.'' kindly pointed me to this mistake :3 this audio was recorded from a battle in Red Alert 3 and after google-ing abit (in vain to find the translated text wich was provided in a pm from ''James Hannigan.'' )

The words of this are mostly the same as those in the Shogun Executioner track, and they are: miyo mikado no shi no tsukai. Which roughly translates as "Look! Here comes our emperor's executioner!"
