leadshines stepepr driver dm542 vs novotech stepper driver 5005S

Our advantage:
1. 5005s peak currrent: 5.6A, DM542 peak current: 4.2A
2. 5005s voltage: 24 -75VDC, DM542 voltage:20-50VDC
3. 5005S has standard half-current, SW4 for switching pulse mode is more convenient for EU controller.
4. 5005s is much cheaper than real leadshine DM542
The video shows:
DM542: The low-speed decibel value is 53 to 57DB, and the high-speed noise value is 83 to 87 dB, but in high-speed step lost obvious.
5005S: The low-speed decibel value is 51to 52DB, and the high-speed noise value is 79 to 82 dB. There is no step loss at high speed.
For the same Leadshine’s motor, our 5005S has a slightly lower vibration noise than leadshine DM542 in both low and high speed.
Considering that the current setting of DM542 is a litter larger than 5005S, and DM542 has already lost step at 40RPS, but our 5005 is working normally, which means that the 5005S's driving ability is obviously stronger than DM542.
