Palak Methii Jowar Vada
1 Cup = 250 ml
Take 1 bowl.
1 cup -Palak chopped.
1/2 cup - Fenugreek leaves Chopped.
2 tbsp - Coriander leaves Chopped.
1/2 tbsp - Ginger Chilli Paste
1/2 tsp - Hing
1 tsp - Ajwain
2 tbsp - Sugar
2 tbsp - Garlic Crushed
1/2 tsp Turmeric Powder
Salt to taste
1 tbsp - Sesame seeds
1 no - Lemon Juice
Mix well.
1/4 tsp - Baking Soda
As Required- Jowar Atta
1 tbsp - Water
Mix well and properly.
Take a plate and spread sesame seed and, above mixture in oily hand, give shape of small ball, give flat shape and press into sesame seeds and keep aside.
Fry till golden... (in high flame 2-3 minutes and keep medium slow flame till golden)
2nd Method: (with adding bajra Atta)
Half Jowar Atta
Half bajra Atta
2 tbsp - wheat flour
