You can see that our engineer are assembling the internal modules of lithium batteries. Our batteries use brand new grade A cells, Before the cells are packaged, we will test the voltage of each cell. We believe that a stable supply chain provides the best guarantee for the delivery and quality to our customers.
In the next step, we are going to spot weld the cells to connect in series and parallel for each module and equipped with a micro lens to observe the track to ensure the accuracy of each spot welding.
After that, our engineers will test voltage and resistance on it, and install sensors which responsible for the BMS(Battery Management System)
1:27-1:50 And then we are going to tied up the sensor wires in an orderly arrangement. I guess you also don't want to see a product with a high-end appearance but a messy internal structure.

02:55-03:01Now we gonna put the modules inside the battery case,
Before the whole battery pack complete, the BMS will be installed. The BMS we use are able to support 150A discharge current, customizable heating modules, intelligent systems, and 4G which can connect with GPS.
Before connecting our modules in series inside the battery case, we will test the performance of each module, and after the connection, the total voltage of the entire battery and pre-delivery inspection will be reconfirmed.
Our engineers will do 1’til 2 times cycle tests on the battery, and adjust the inverter communication as well, high quality package is the most important projection for the battery, delivery the battery to our clients safely is our duty.
This is the assembly process of our entire 48V battery.
We introduced our production Standard Operating Procedure in the way of manual assembly for more clear, but in fact we are fully automatic production, stay tuned, we will share the fully automatic production line with you in the next video.
