Bought this old girl off Craigslist where she had sat in a shed, unused for decades, with a string of broken parts including the motor that was frozen. Spent probably way too much time and money buying parts and getting her running but she cuts wood again! In use the operator sat with their left leg inches from the belt. (belt guards? we don't need no steenken belt guards!)
This was the younger sister to the larger 40-440 scroll saw that Delta had been selling for many years. The 40-440's are still quite common but there's only a few of these I've seen pictures of on the 'net. Enjoy!
