*CORRECTION: On the topic of pre-mounted heat inserts on the printed parts (12:11) - while the inserts were pre-mounted on the first batch of machines, currently they are shipping in a separate bag and need to be mounted by the user. Mounting the inserts in-house was slowing down our production ramp and we felt that reducing wait times should be prioritised.
