This video goes through the process of changing the coolant or antifreeze in a 2007 CBR 1000 Motorcycle (similar for most bikes). We start by removing the lower and right mid fairing of the bike. We then identify the drain bolt on the water pump of the motorcycle and remove it to drain the fluid. We then torque the drain bolt and add coolant to the machine (takes less than one gallon). We squeeze the radiator hoses while filling to work the air out of the system, top off and replace the radiator cap. After that we re-install the fairings removed for the process.
