Neurodivergent Kitchen Clean With Me: Breaking the Tasks Down, Limit Overwhelm, Develop Your System

How to fight overwhelm and know where to start on a big job: this is a neurodivergent clean with me video! Are you neurodivergent or are you a neurotypical person looking for insight and help with a neurodivergent child or loved one? We're going to tackle the dish pileup in my kitchen and I'll walk you through exactly how I do it. Even if what I show here doesn't exactly apply to you, I hope you can glean something from it and use the ideas to figure out solutions for your own space.

It is entirely possible and even PROBABLE that you can tackle and keep up on tasks even as a neurodivergent person. Focusing on what makes your home MOST FUNCTIONAL is key. Don't get sidetracked by tasks that ultimately don't matter (even if they're good to do, like wiping down the fridge). Focus on what makes a space usable and stress-free. Once you build these routines into your body (I know it sounds weird, but IYKYK) you'll be better able to tackle other things, too. Over time the overwhelm decreases. I feel like I need to say it louder for the people in the back: OVER TIME YOUR OVERWHELM WILL DECREASE. Just start where you are and it will work out!

Sorry for all the caps. I'm passionate about helping neurodivergent people get some hope. (Praise God I was a young person in the 90's instead of today.) You're not doomed to be broken.
