BLACKSLATE7 FROM TRIBE7 (EP.344)

This episode is about the BLACKSLATE7 by TRIBE7, a company co-founded by Bradford Young, ASC and Neil Fanthom, Motion Picture and Lens Technologist. The slate is a different take (pun intended), on the traditional analog slates that are used daily in production. Kind of analogy but not! It's a pretty cool piece of kit and I talk about how it works, how to load custom slates onto the device and some advice on why you should slating on yoiur productions. And, as it uses black and white e-paper technology, the device will last, under regular use, for about 7 years. Have a watch to find out more!

NOTE: I have been getting questions related to the templates I created for my slate and that are shown in this episode. As this channel is all about community, I have decided to share them for anyone who wants to use them.
