In der Baugrube arbeitet ein Klemm KR 806-5F Bohrgerät von Züblin und erstellt Anker die weit in den Boden reichen, damit die Fundamente des neuen Gebäudes die nötige Stabilität erreichen. Unterstützt wird die Maschine von einem Yanmar Kettenbagger.
