There's plenty of classic RPG games that have been released on so many platforms in the early 2000s, and Golden Sun was an original IP on the GBA. Though it takes on all the predictable RPG tropes, and the plot can be generically fantasy at times, it's the way the mechanics of the game shine through that makes this really special, along with how they handle how your character perceives their role in this world. It's gonna take time to get all the different types of magic, or "synergy" as they call it, to 100% Golden Sun
