4 cups AP flour
1/4 tsp baking powder or soda
1 stick butter (cold butter)
3 tbs cold shortening
2 tbs vegetable oil
1 egg
2 tbs food coloring
3 tbs sugar
Iced cold water (gradually add until dough is formed.
Filling:
Ground beef / ground chicken
Finely chopped :
Scallion
Onion
Thyme
Scotch bonnet pepper
Garlic
Bread crumbs (blended or grated)
