요시야 왕의 최대 치적 (대하 34:14-33)
“예루살렘과 베냐민에 있는 자들로
다 이에 참가하게 하매 예루살렘 거민이
하나님 곧 그 열조의 하나님의 언약을 좇으니라” (대하 34:32).
“모든 성경은 하나님의 감동으로 된 것”(딤후 3:16)입니다.
우리의 믿음은 하나님의 말씀을 믿는 것입니다.
유다 왕 요시야는 어린 나이에 왕위에 올라서
신앙의 개혁에 힘썼습니다.
그는 제사장이 성전에서 발견한 말씀의 두루마리를
백성들에게 들려주고 백성들이 말씀을 순종하도록 인도했습니다.
그의 말씀 중심의 신앙 개혁이
유다 왕국의 멸망 이후에 유대인들에게
하나님의 구원과 회복을 바라는 영성의 큰 흐름을 일으켰습니다.
그리고 그런 영적 배경에서
구약 성경의 말씀들이 보존되고 번역되어서
기원전 2세기 경에 70인역 성경이
그리스어로 번역되었습니다.
AD 90년의 얌니아회의에서
이 70인역 성경 중에서 원문이 히브리어인 구약 39권이
정경으로 확정되었습니다.
또 AD 397년 카르타고 종교회의에서는
신약 27권을 정경으로 확정했습니다.
우리가 사용하는 66권(구약 39권, 신약 27권)의 성경은
하나님의 말씀으로 완전하고 무오합니다.
“너희는 여호와의 책을 자세히 읽어보라
이것들이 하나도 빠진 것이 없고
하나도 그 짝이 없는 것이 없으리니
이는 여호와의 입이 이를 명하셨고
그의 신이 이것들을 모으셨음이라” (사 34:16).
신구약 성경 66권은
누구든지 죄 사함으로 말미암는 구원을 얻는데
조금도 부족함이 없는 완전무오한 하나님의 말씀입니다.
기록된 말씀을 믿는 것이 참된 믿음입니다.

"And he made all who were present in Jerusalem and Benjamin take a stand. So the inhabitants of Jerusalem did according to the covenant of God, the God of their fathers" (2 Chronicles 34:32).
"All Scripture is given by inspiration of God" (2 Timothy 3:16).
Believing the Word of God is true faith.
King Josiah of Judah, ascending to the throne at a young age, devoted himself to reforming faith.
He had the scroll of the Law, found by the priest in the temple, read to the people and led them to obey the Word.
His reformation of faith, centered on the Word, kindled a spirituality among the Jews after the destruction of the Kingdom of Judah, a spirituality filled with hope for God's salvation and restoration.
In such a spiritual context, the Words of the Old Testament were preserved and translated, leading to the translation of the Septuagint into Greek around the 2nd century BC.
In AD 90, the Council of Jamnia affirmed the 39 Books of the Old Testament, originally in Hebrew, as canonical.
Additionally, in AD 397, the Council of Carthage confirmed the 27 books of the New Testament as canonical.
The 66 Books of the Bible (39 Old Testament, 27 New Testament) we now have are perfect and infallible as the Word of God.
"Seek from the book of the Lord, and read: Not one of these shall fail; Not one shall lack her mate. For My mouth has commanded it, and His Spirit has gathered them" (Isaiah 34:16).
The 66 Books of the Old and New Testament are the complete and infallible Word of God, lacking nothing for anyone to receive salvation through the remission of sins.
True faith is believing in the written Word.
