Lisa the Vegaful: Dice Mahone (Joyless, Lunatic Mode)

Probably one of the more enjoyable fights in the game, if you actually pay him 1500 mags (Gained by playing at the Casino), he will give you the Cushion and escort you off his lands.
If you decide to go back, you will see that Dice has turned into a mutant, killing Snake eyes and the two bikers that stop you. You cannot get the firebombs as well as the vinyl if you do this.

As for their moves, Snake eyes has two phases:
AK Phase - Shoots two party members
Knife Phase - Slices one of you
He can be easily dealt with, it is Dice who's the real problem here, I recommend poisoning Dice while you deal damage to Snake Eyes.
His most dangerous move is Eye Gouge where he will deal 1400 HP to one of your allies, Scratch will hit two of your allies, he will also massage you which can Scare and Sleep and for his last move i believe he can power bomb you which can paralyze.
Joyed Dice deals 100% crits so be aware of that.
Mutant Dice is not that big of a threat, Fluster and Stun will work on him just fine, as with all joy mutant i believe he has a chance to perma kill one of your allies.
