During our fieldwork near the Akören district of Konya, as the Department of Geography Education at Necmettin Erbakan University, we explored the unique natural features of the Çarşamba River in the area known as the Blue Gorge (Mavi Boğaz).
Drone footage reveals the impressive depth of the gorge and the stunning beauty of the surrounding valley. As we hiked along the riverbed, we had the opportunity to closely examine the geographical and hydrological characteristics of the Çarşamba River.
