Cornell Verdeja-Woodson is the Director of Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Belonging at Headspace and the Founder/CEO of a boutique consulting firm, Brave Trainings. He has worked in the DEIB space for over 10 years helping senior leaders and organizations use data to improve their DEIB efforts. Cornell's currently working on his doctorate degree in organizational change and leadership from USC. He lives in the East Bay with his husband and their two dogs London and Rome.
