IBD and Pregnancy - Which Medications are OK?

Many IBD pateints worried about their mediciations when they are pregnant! Should you continue to take the IBD medications during pregnancy? Are you worried about how IBD medicationsl affect your pregnancy or the baby?

In this video, I dicusss which IBD medications are OK to take during pregnancy and which IBD medications to avoid during pregnancy. There are some IBD medications you can continue to take during pregnancy, but you will need to make some adaptations to other medications. Some medications you will need to talk to the baby's peditrician about. and unfortunately, there are some IBD medications that are either experimental or are the only ones of their kind whose continuation is debated.
