Pulwama administration revives govt school culture, felicitates teachers and NEET qualified students

The government in Jammu and Kashmir is appreciating the teachers and institutions which are leading children on the path to success. A Teachers Conference and Felicitation Ceremony was organised in Pulwama by the Chief Education Officer in collaboration with the District Administration Pulwama. Certificates of Appreciation were awarded to deserving institutions. Nazi Ahmed Reshi, CEO Pulwama said, we are also doing felicitation of all the 2022 NEET qualified students.
Teacher Mudasir Ahmad Wani said that all the policies and programmes are being implemented at the grassroots level. Hidden talent in students is coming forward. The standards of the government schools in Jammu and Kashmir are getting raised.
CEO Pulwama mentioned that the government sector in the last one or two years is moving ahead at a fast pace.
KG classes, trained teachers, and infrastructure are all available in government schools in Jammu and Kashmir. Digitalisation can be seen in government schools, ICT labs are functioning, there are smart classes and the most important thing is there is a system for all this.
Mohsin Ahmad Lone, a NEET qualified student in J&K said that it is a myth that government schools don’t teach. Whatever I learned I gained from the government school and I qualified for NEET, said Mohsin.
DC Pulwama, Baseer Ul Haq Choudhary says, our main goal is to facilitate the higher secondaries and the education system with the policies of the government. Those institutions which have shown good performances in 2021-22 where students have qualified for NEET, JEE, EEE and for other competitive exams, we want to rejuvenate the culture of school, to acknowledge and appreciate the good work done by schools and institutions so that awareness and confidence is raised in others that they can also study there and excel in their fields.
