The Middle Jondachi is the section I really dreamt paddling before travelling to Ecuador. Finally, on the penultimate day, water level and weather forecast seemed to line up - hurray!
The middle Jondachi features some technical white water in the IV or IV+ level (according to whitewater guide). As you are very remote in the ecuadorian jungle, you can enjoy a long paddling day: If you don't want to hike out, you want to add the lower Jondachi the get to a more worthwile take out.
