Eye Movement Integration is often used to treat trauma like Post Traumatic Stress Disorder and even phobias. It's also effective when used for smaller problems like dealing with an internal conflict or dilemma.

In this video Natasha thinks of a tough decision she has to make and within minutes of doing the NLP technique known as Eye Movement Integration she feels less burdened by the decision and as though she has some distance and space from it.

To come up with new solutions and to access new resources you might have to do this process for longer than I do it here. For demonstration purposes though I kept this short.

The first step to making a great decision is to free yourself from the tension and pressure of making the "right" decision and access more of your neurology and resources. Often when this happens new insights and new solutions will arise.

The eyes are sensitive parts of our nervous system with a direct connection to the brain. We use eye movements to access different parts of the brain for making images, sounds, and feelings.

When you hold a difficult decision in your mind and you move your eyes to access different parts of the brain you naturally acquire more access to information you've deleted that may be relevant to the decision you're making.
