In this weeks video I cook a Spatchcock Chicken and A Beer Can Chicken and I tell you what one I think is better! Both ways of preparing chicken are both good and honestly you can't go wrong with either but I personally prefer the spatchcock. I use my Z Grills 700D3 for the first time and I have to say that it operated perfect and I am looking forward to using it a lot! So as always thanks for watching and see you in the next video.
