2013 Cicada winner's overview of 3301 - First in new Cicada 3301 series

I'm Nox Populi, a winner of the 2013 puzzle from Cicada 3301. This series will hopefully fix some of the confusion about what 3301 is, as well as serve as a guide to the steps of the three puzzle years that took place.
This specific video is intended to set the groundwork we need for that, by proving my legitimacy and correcting some of the strange ideas people have about who they are.
