Awaiting on You All- George Harrison (Guitar Cover)

Happy Birthday George! I'm releasing this on what would have been his 79th birthday. He found out later in his life that he in fact was born on February 24th late in the night, not the 25th as his birth certificate had said. Let's celebrate both his birthdays!

This is a 2 part video- one dry mix with no Phil Spector reverb, and one with lots of echo. I used my Abbey Road Plate plug-in on part one

George used Open E tuning on his slide guitar for this song, and many of his signature slide licks.I'm also using Open E on my Strat for the two slide parts, while the other two rhythm guitars are in standard tuning

The backing track had Eric Clapton on a Les Paul, and George on rhythm guitar (Strat or Les Paul). Then George overdubbed two slide parts

I'm using my 1962 Fender Tweed Champ amp for all the parts
