ZIMBABWE: Oliver Tambo, President of the African National Congress and Lisbet Palme, wife of the former Swedish Prime Minister Olof Palme, have attended a conference entitled "Children, Repression and the Law in apartheid South Africa", organised by British Arch-bishop Trevor Huddleston. The conference was hosted by the Prime Minister of Zimbabwe Robert Mugabe.
