एसा नहीं है कि इन वर्षों में कोई बदलाव नहीं आया है.. निश्चित तौर पर आया है। किंतु यदि हम ठीक से देखेंगे तो यह पाएँगे कि सिर्फ़ ऊपरी-ऊपरी सतह पर ये बदलाव सिमट कर रह गया है। आज भी social media पर Viral hote अनैतिक भद्दे videos में आए लड़कों को कोई सफ़ाई नहीं देनी पड़ती। यही कारण है कि बड़ी बेशर्मी से वे ये सब इधर-उधर circulate भी कर पाते हैं। आज भी बलात्कार जैसे गिनोनें अपराधों के बावजूद पत्र-पत्रिकाओं में लड़कियों के ही चेहरे एवं नाम छुपाने पर ज़ोर दिया जाता है। क्या लज्जा का अर्थ स्त्रियों के जननांगों तक ही सीमित है। क्या समाज की स्वयं की कोई गरिमा और आबरू नहीं ?

आज लड़का और लड़की दोनों कि शिक्षा पर ध्यान दिया जा रहा है तब भी चूल्हे की व्यवस्था का हिस्सा लड़कियाँ ही रह गई है। किचन का कोई भी काम हो तो अब भी माएँ बेझिझक लड़कियों को ही आवाज़ लगाती पाई जाएँगी। और अब भी लड़के यह कह कर किचन का काम टालते हुए पाए जाएँगे कि ये तो लड़कियों का काम है। ख़ैर बात सिर्फ़ इतनी ही नहीं है….. समाज के अच्छे-ख़ासे तबकों में भी “The Boys” और “the woman” कह कर ठहाके लगाते कई भद्दे मजाक मिल जाए जाएँगे। सही बात तो ये है कि समाज की आंतरिक व्यवस्था में औरतों के उठने से पहले ही उन्हें धीमे ज़हर द्वारा दबाने का भी एक क्रियाकलाप विद्यमान है।

Feminism is an important movement advocating for the rights and equality of women. In order to continue this mission, there are several questions that women should be asking society.

First, we must ask ourselves: What can be done to ensure that all women have access to education? We must strive to make sure that, no matter an individual's financial background or geographic location, all women have access to sources of knowledge and opportunity, allowing them to learn and develop themselves.

Second, how can the wage gap be reduced, and gender stereotypes and sexism stopped? Women should be paid equal wages for equal work, and should not face discrimination due to their gender. We must keep working relentlessly towards a society where everyone can thrive regardless of gender.

Third, what can we do to support and uplift female-owned businesses? Women-owned businesses still face many difficulties as compared to other businesses, such as fewer resources, difficulty accessing funding and mentorship and greater difficulty in getting their business off the ground. We can show our support by actively seeking out these businesses and patronizing them.

Finally, how can we foster an environment of respect and inclusivity? We must teach younger generations to celebrate and value diversity, to listen to the various perspectives of different individuals and understand the importance of respect in everyday life.

These questions are essential in ensuring that we continue the fight for women's rights and create a better world for future generations. We must keep working towards a society free of gender inequality and discrimination, where everyone is valued and respected. This is our mission.
