started at 287.2 Pounds Weight Loss Journey / 2025 Feb 9th- 23rd / now @ 279 pounds/ Accountability

Ive been battling with my weight for some years and im finally done making excuses this is me holding myself accountable and looking at myself and not being pleased with how fat ive become watch as a weigh in every morning and yap about life as i try to get my health under control

Ive always used the fact that i was a stronger guy to get over fat jokes but im just tired of looking in the mirror and not being pleased man
