Anabel Englund’s sound is a captivating interplay of contrasts: at times bright and carefree, reflecting her authentic Southern California breeziness; at others, irresistibly alluring with a dark, smoldering edge.

The singer-songwriter delves into this dynamic duality with her debut album Messing With Magic. Released in December on MK’s AREA10 label with Ultra Records, the album is the culmination of singles unveiled throughout late 2019 and 2020. Among its highlights are two #1 US Dance Airplay hits, “So Hot (MK & Nightlapse Remix)” and “Picture Us,” alongside a collection of dance floor anthems and heartfelt compositions, including “Underwater” with MK, “Warm Disco” with Lee Foss, and “See the Sky.”
