Recipe (serves 4-5) Toovar dal – 2 small cups or 400 gms, Potato with skin (quarters) – 100 gms, Pumpkin (cubes) – 80 gms, Raw banana – 80 gms, Brinjal – 50 gms, Drumstick – 50 gms, Mustard oil – 12 teaspoons or 60 ml, Mustard seeds – 1 teaspoon or 5 gm,
Dry red chilly – 4 numbers, Ginger – 1 inch, Haldi – 1 teaspoon or 5 gms, Garlic – 6 cloves, Bayleaf – 2 numbers, Ghee – 1 teaspoon or 5 gms, Onion (chopped) – 1 large sized or 70 gms, Coriander leaves – 4 sprigs, Salt – 2 teaspoons, Panch puran (methi, kalonji, saunf, jeera, ajwain) – 1 teaspoon or 5 gm
