Here's how I mount my Suzuki 2.5 hp outboard motor on my Ocean Kayak Prowler Big Game. This is an upgrade from my electric trolling motor. Not quite finish. I still need to install spring creek stabilizer and forward/neutral shifter. The mount was built from 1/4, 3/8" aluminum angle iron, and screws w/o any welding. I used a 9 ft bicycle derailleur cable (stainless steel) and an old style derailleur shifter to extend the throttle control. The YakAttack Geartrac GT90 enables quick install and removal of the mount from the kayak w/o any tools.
