Stuck at home? Let's use this time to set some goals and CRUSH THEM! Today's Self-Quarantine workout is a no-equipment FITNESS CHALLENGE that will allow you to track your fitness improvement during the course of self-isolation.
• I'll give you 14 exercises
• You'll have 60seconds for each exercise, to achieve the max amount of reps
• We'll keep track of your numbers so you can use this as a starting point
• At the end of self-quarantine you'll repeat this challenge and see how you've improved!
