UPS commercial (1994)

A commercial for UPS dated to 1994.

The tape contains a few different recordings, spanning from 1993 to 1994.
Parts of the tape were almost completely unwatchable due to a combination of poor TV reception and mold damage.

It must've been a pretty rough day at WPXI when these recordings were made, being that there is a random glitch during Law & Order, as well as how poorly timed the WPXI banner inserts are before commercial breaks (as well as how often they get overlaid twice)...

The programs that play go in order:
Masterpiece Theatre on WQED (unknown date, 1993)
cut-off section of a Late Show with David Letterman airing, showing James Taylor playing live
Law & Order Season 4 episodes 13 "Breeder", 2 "Volunteers" and 15 "Kids"

Upscaled to 4K for YouTube using Lanczos4Resize and deinterlaced with QTGMC, all within StaxRip.
I do not claim to be well versed in the artform of analog media encoding, and hope to make the raw FM RF samples available at some point. Unfortunately I have learned the hard way that attempting to upload these to IA has resulted in failure more often than not, so I will be looking to upload them elsewhere.

Capture hardware used: 2x VTImage capture cards (CXADC) sampling at 40MSPS, overclocked via github.com/namazso/cxadc-clockgen-mod
VCR & Tap setup used: Sony SLV-677HF, PB RF pin 2 on CN261 for video FM RF, CN341 pin 3 for VHS Hi-Fi FM RF
TV System & Tape Format: NTSC, VHS EP
