OneHotLap:: Forester SH5

my first recorded one hot lap in SUV. i must say i am surprised by how well this SUV handles... yes it has few modifications but it is something outside its intended purpose... a good idea for someone who tell their wives they wanna go to pick up their kids from school and took a long detour - sneaked into sentul circuit for few laps before doing the actual chores 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣

it is a fun experience yet still very comfortable... to be honest i still hasn’t push much until i overtook 2 cars (white merc and mazda) before Big S

but it is enough to see what this car capable of. cris the owner said it has 238whp at DSS which normally around 340hp-ish at the engine... but i could be wrong. to me dyno numbers are not first priority... the actual laptime is more prominent

to see 1:59 SUV on a mediocre Grip Level - tarmac circuit, gives some people hope that you can bring your SUV to circuit IF YOU PREPARE IT PROPERLY. cris has stiff coilover and rear sway bar (the call these anti-roll bar for the right reason)... you can roll if u break traction 🤫... unless driver EGO is too big and keep pushing until the car go sideway into gravel pit... then any car would roll...

my suggestion to cris few days before the circuit: more front negative camber, less rear, zero toe front... i set his front tyre pressure much lower than his rear too

no matter what, cris is still very brave to let me drive his toy on circuit. thank you.
