This sweet potato fritters or galang-galang (bisaya) was one of my childhood snacks. Because of this, it was also one of the reason where I could earn some peso when I told to sell it to the neighbors or to the people at the beach. I really missed those days so I tried to make this galang-galang for us and it is the same taste to what I tried before. This is a very simple recipe.
You'll only need:
Sweet Potato
2 tbsp cornstarch (optional)
2tbso sugar
some oil for cooking
