I memorise M2 before M1, but you can just memorise without swapping them(ie video’s M2 as M1 and video’s M1 as M2), in which your right index will perform your first memo and your left pinky will perform your second memo in sequence.
However performing left pinky move before right index improves the flow of the execution personally which is why I memo them as shown in the video.
This memo is faster imo as for M4 and M5 calculations, you get to see the 2 numbers on the same face and calculate visually as opposed to having to keep a number in mind and then flipping over and adding on to another number.
For reference:
Positive numbers: 1, 2, 3, 4, 5
Negative numbers(-1 to -5): A, B, C, D, E
