***Apparently, we need to up our profanity game. The loophole we're trying play is that YouTube can run ads on anything they want and keep the money for themselves as long as they feel the content is "appropriate for our brand and advertisers."

So, this is about triggering a level of fuckery that is fucking unacceptable to the aforementioned greedy cunts. Since we first started adding the fucking disclaimer about their fucking shitty fucking business practices, they must have loosened their filter on what they deem "acceptable" since we're seeing ads pop up on these videos.

We've never wanted to monetize our videos, so we're going to fucking take that as a fucking challenge.

So, fuck you, YouTube. You make plenty of fucking money with sidebar advertising and content creators who DO want to monetize their content (which is a fucking cash cow for you avaricious douchebags since the royalty rates are so low it's pathetic).

And fuck you, YouTube, for literally saying "if you don't agree to monetize your content, we'll do it anyway and keep ALL the money."

Oh, and it gets better: if you DO agree to monetization but can't keep up with their audience metrics (functionally meaning YOU have to work to build THEIR ad revenue), you're pulled off the shitty monetization program, and the fucking fuckers STILL RUN ADS AND FUCKING KEEP THE FUCKING MONEY.

And in this case, that means they don't even hand over the appropriate fucking share of ad revenue to the owners of Zappa's catalogue.

Seriously. How fucked up is that??
