Today we are going to can up a load of fresh sucker fish in our pressure canner. This will ensure that there are no bones left in our fish, suckerfish are full of them! So after it is canned then we can use it like we would use a can of Tuna. Instead of using fish that comes from so far away, we can harvest what we have locally to us to feed our big family!
