On August 12, 2025, exactly 731 days from the day it was filed, the S.E.C. litigation with OnPassive & Ash Mufareh was settled. Ash admitted to OnPassive being a fraudulent pyramid scheme and to not registering securities. He is fined $4M and must pay back $32M and cannot run a business for 8 years. Here are the facts of the case! The case was settled on June 27, 2025, exactly one year to the day after the OnPassive website and products ceased to exist. The end of this MLM is slightly poetic.
