Generator Not Making Power - Testing and Repair

Picked up this Briggs and Stratton 10HP Storm Responder Generator for $150. There is no power output from the generator head. Will troubleshoot the issue and fix or replace the powerhead.

Not convinced this stator is bad. Had another go with this powerhead in this video:    • Will It Make Power Again? Blown Generator ...
