三色杏菇 (10人份)
Triple colored Almond Aroma Mushroom(10 servings)
材料:Ingredients
杏鮑菇頭Almond Aroma Mushroom(diced) (切丁) 150公克(g)
玉米粒 Corn kernels( May use canned corn kernels) (可用罐頭) 250公克(g)
紅蘿蔔Carrots (diced) (切丁) 80公克(g)
毛豆仁 Soya beans(May use frozen ones)(可用冷凍的) 50公克(g)
芡粉Starch 1茶匙Tsp
水Water 100cc
調味料:Seasonings
油 Oil 30cc
黑胡椒粉Black pepper 1/4茶匙Tsp
鹽 Salt 1/2茶匙Tsp
天然味素Natural MSG 1/2茶匙Tsp
椰奶Coconut milk(or coconut powder) (或椰漿粉) 1大匙Tbsp
做法:Preparations
1. 起鍋熱油加入黑胡椒粉炒香。
1. Add oil to pan, bring oil to warm, add black pepper powder, stir fry until aroma comes out.
2. 加入杏鮑菇頭丁、紅蘿蔔丁,炒至黑胡椒香入味。
2. Add diced Almond Aroma Mushroom, diced carrots to stir fry until the flavor of black pepper is blended in.
3. 加入玉米粒、毛豆仁及調味料 (鹽、天然味素、椰奶) 炒熟。
3. Add corn kernels, soya beans, and the seasonings to blend well until done.
4. 芶芡後起鍋。
4. Add starch and water to the ingredients in the pot and ready to serve.
